How Threads Works
1. Choose your design
Find a piece connected to an interest, a story, or a moment you want to share. Review the product description, available colors, and sizing information before ordering.
2. Scan the code inside the logo
Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code in the center of the Threads logo. Hold the fabric flat, use good lighting, and adjust the camera distance until a link appears.
3. Open the story
Tap the link to view the video connected to that design. Your phone needs an internet connection to load the content.
Need help scanning?
Flatten any folds around the code, avoid glare, and try moving the camera closer or farther away. If the link does not open or the video is unavailable, contact us with the product name and, if possible, the link you see.
Connected videos may be hosted on third-party services. Their availability and playback requirements can change. Contact Threads if a linked experience needs attention.
